Fitness & Recreation
The Mirenoroyalresort Fitness Lab occupies the entire 38th floor, offering 1,100 square metres of high-performance training space that looks directly north across the harbour - a view that has been known to extend planned 30-minute sessions well past an hour. The facility is designed for guests who do not want their training interrupted by a change of city, with Technogym Biostrength equipment, live-coached group classes, and a programming team who will build a five-day plan around whatever the guest already does at home. Everything here is open 24 hours, because Sydney's early-morning light on the water is an argument for a 5:30am training session that the facility makes very easy to win.
Technogym Biostrength Equipment Suite
The floor carries the full Technogym Biostrength series - adaptive resistance machines that calibrate to the user's strength curve in real time, reducing injury risk while maximising training output across every session.
Live-Coached Group Classes
A daily timetable of 45-minute coached sessions - covering functional movement, HIIT, and restorative stretching - runs from 6am to 8pm and is bookable via the in-room screen up to 48 hours in advance.
Personal Training on Request
Certified trainers are available for one-to-one sessions at any hour, with the option to request the same trainer across consecutive days so that programming builds rather than resets with each visit.
38th-Floor Rooftop Running Track
A 200-metre rubberised track circles the building's rooftop plant level, accessible exclusively to Fitness Lab members during their stay - delivering outdoor running with 360-degree city and harbour views at a height that no public jogging path in Sydney can match.
Harbour-View Stretch and Mobility Studio
A dedicated 80-square-metre studio with a full northern glass wall is reserved for floor-based movement, mobility work, and guided breathwork sessions - a space intentionally separated from the main gym floor for guests who need quiet focus.
Post-Session Recovery Suite
Adjacent to the main floor, a recovery room houses contrast pods, percussion devices, and a chilled hydration station stocked with cold-pressed juices sourced from a Hawkesbury Valley producer - the kind of post-training detail that makes the effort of getting up at 5:30am feel entirely worthwhile.
